REFUND POLICY

At After Hours Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of dietary supplements, we must maintain strict safety and hygiene protocols.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Safety & Hygiene Restrictions

Opened Supplements: Due to safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on any supplement bottles where the outer or inner safety seal has been broken or tampered with.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product arrives damaged (e.g., broken bottle, compromised seal) or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at concierge@afterhourslabs.club so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement right away. Please include a photo of the damage for our records.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at concierge@afterhourslabs.club.

  1. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any supplement with a broken safety seal.

  • Items purchased on "Sale" or as part of a clearance promotion.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
